Book Your Coaching Sessions

If you are ready to reach your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way, then 1-1 coaching sessions are for you. These are one time (or many) calls where we meet 1-1 over zoom to talk about nutrition goals (I'm a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach), lifestyle goals, or fitness goals. This is the quickest way to get answers to your questions and have next steps to meet your goals. You'll book the call, get a email with anything else that may be needed, and then get the action steps and call notes after. 

I offer 2 types of calls. Check out the difference between both below. 

 

Coaching Call

A 50 minute 1-1 call designed to go over any nutrition or fitness you want to talk about, then we come up with 1-2 actions for you to implement and practice to help you reach your goals. 

Best for: Those who want one step at time with continuing support or someone who just has very specific questions they want answered

Included:

✔️ Pre-Call review of any questions or goals you have 

✔️ 50 minute 1-1 coaching call

✔️ Call notes and action items sent via google drive within 24 hours

Clarity & Strategy Package

The 60 minute Clarity Coaching call is a one-time call where we go over your goals, create dials that will help you achieve those goals and give you a 3 month week by week action plan that you can implement and adapt as you go.

Best for: Those who want a checkoff list plan without continual 1-1 support

Included: 

✔️ Questionnaire to figure out goals and what's most important for your health over the next 3 months

✔️ 60 Minute Strategy Call to discuss goals, narrow them, break them down, create dials for your health and fitness and create a plan 

✔️ PDF 3 month action plan with clear weekly steps

Clarity Call notes & action plan will be available 1 week after the call.
